How about this heat wave?? I love the heat, but this is a tad too hot for me, especially since I don’t have AC. I think it might be time to finally get a unit for my bedroom because last night was rough. It feels like someone heard me complaining about the rain last weekend and immediately cranked Seattle up to 90 degrees. Sorry, y’all, I’ll be more specific with my wishes next time.

If you're going to sweat anyway, you might as well do it somewhere fun! Here’s an awesome summer giveaway:

Two days of classic hits, summer sunshine, and community vibes await at the Snohomish Block Party. Harvey Airfield hosts tribute bands, food trucks, local makers, beer and cocktails, and activities for all ages on 8/14 and 8/15. Enter to win a pair of tickets.*

JUST ANNOUNCED

  • After years of writing about heartbreak, grief, and personal struggles, Judah & The Lion returns with a renewed sense of optimism. The band heads to The Showbox on 10/5 to debut I Am A Prism, a celebration of growth, resilience, and finding light in difficult moments.

  • Some collaborations sound planned. Helado Tropical sounds like two artists finding the same wavelength at exactly the right moment. Catch Helado Negro and Reyna Tropical at the Neptune Theatre on 8/18 for an evening of immersive, transportive music.

  • Fresh off contributing to Beyoncé’s Album of the Year-winning Cowboy Carter and ahead of his new album Sweet Fortune, Ryan Beatty heads to the Neptune Theatre on 9/10. Expect gorgeous songwriting, warm melodies, and one of pop’s most quietly influential artists in top form.

  • Brian Posehn brings his unmistakable blend of nerd culture, heavy metal obsession, and deadpan comedy to the Neptune Theatre on 10/3. Whether you know him from stand-up, sitcoms, or years of making fellow weirdos feel seen, expect plenty of laughs.

  • Plus other just announced shows from Francesca Fiorentini, Sam Gellaitry, and more!
