Helllooooo! I hope you all had a nice weekend! My weekend was very chill and consisted of making pottery, going to the farmers market, and making a delish hot honey chicken/peach/ burrata salad from my favorite Washington recipe creator, Cailee Fischer. Using in-season farmers’ market produce makes me soooo happy and feel connected to the land! Cheesy, I know, but it’s true!

THE SECOND IT STARTS RAINING I CRAVE RAMEN

It rained for .2 seconds this weekend, but my body still felt it and decided it was time for a big, hot bowl of delicious broth and noodles. I’ve updated our ramen guide for those who feel the same! (FYI, one spot is currently temporarily closed with no info. It’s one of my FAVORITES, so I’m keeping it here until we hear more definite information!)
