SEATTLE HONORS A LEGEND
Seattle’s getting a Sue Bird statue – and she damn well deserves it. On 8/17 at 10am, the Storm and Climate Pledge Arena will unveil the first-ever WNBA player statue, right outside the arena where Bird became a legend. She’s the face of Seattle basketball, and now she’s got the bronze to prove it. Show up, pay respect, bring tissues.
