Hey all! Bad news: I took my first Pilates class yesterday, and I’m officially couch-ridden. It was SO hard. I knew it had this reputation, but wow… I was not ready. Worst part, someone said the level of difficulty for that class was only a 6 out of 10. A SIX?? I think I’d simply pass away at an 8.

I will be going back, though, so I can be fully prepared for whatever apocalypse these people are training for. Just need to regain the ability to lift my arm and grab a glass from the cabinet first.

Until then, I’ll be doing my recovery routine, which mostly involves not moving and entering giveaways:
