Weeeeednesdaaaay! We're halfway to the weekend, friends. We can do it! I'm feeling a little sleepy today. I think all the sunshine, World Cup chaos, and moving have finally caught up with me. Tonight's agenda is simple: make a delicious dinner, put my phone down, and chill for a second.

Speaking of dinner, one thing about me: I love to cook. Summers can get so busy, though, so I tend to lean on comforting, approachable recipes.
